Accommodation
All accommodation is on Reading University's 300-acre campus in Whiteknights and Winsor Hall. The halls are on the edge of the campus and are a short stroll from the Palmer lecture theatre and commercial exhibition.
Bedrooms are pleasantly furnished and centrally heated. Some of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the remainder have good washing facilities - with bathrooms always nearby. There are kitchens on each floor with tea and coffee provided.
There are a small number of rooms adapted for use by disabled delegates; all the facilities being used for the conference are also suitable for disabled delegates. Please contact jane@bgsreading.org to discuss your needs.
Car parking is available on campus and is conveniently close to accommodation.
The evening social programme, available to full time delegates, will take place in Childs Hall. The Saturday conference dinner, a more formal affair, will be held elsewhere on campus in the Cedar Room.
